Nutritional & Hormone Consultations

Our goal is to get your started with a complimentary 15 minute appointment to see if we can help your first “major complaint”.

After filling out our symptoms-based questionnaire we will discuss the origin of your issue and tell you if we can help.

It is up to you then if you decide to book a 45 minutes appointment with us to determine the method of treatment.

After this appointment, we make suggestions only and you decide if you would like to purchase the beneficial supplements that are system specific (so less are needed). We then book your 3-4 week follow-up with us.

At this follow-up, we will evaluate your progress and will then determine what adjustments are needed and usually entails you lowering your dosages of your supplements and stopping some altogether. We may introduce a new supplement needed to complete your healing.

The goal then is to get you on a maintenance dose.

Things we look for:

Sleeping well, deep and uninterrupted (remembering your dreams)
Maintaining your optimal weight, or losing, if needed
How you are handling your current stress
Your energy is what is should be for your daily activities
Your risk factors for major diseases are in check
All of your health factors and previous conditions (Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Sugars etc) are where they should be
Your PH levels and Thyroid function with simple Iodine test

Essentials to Speed Your Results

If you would like to have your results sooner here are some things that you could do in the meantime.

Make sure you are drinking enough water, at least half of your body weight in ounces. If your weight is 170 lbs. you should be drinking a minimum of 85 oz. of water daily.
Try exercising at least 30 minutes/day (if weight is an issue) or three times per week to help get your lymphatic flow going, burn some calories and tone muscles.
Ask us about a healthy meal plan that works for you to aid in weight loss, detoxification, balancing blood sugar or to speed healing, whatever your current goal is.

Maintenance Supplements

Our goal for you is to get you on a maintenance supplement dose:

1 Multivitamin/day
1 Digestive capsule/day or every other day
For hormones (women) go down to small dose of cream (1/8 tsp 1 x per day); (men) use their cream a few times per week

Some natural things for your medicine cabinet could be:
Probioitics – useful if you ever have to take antibiotics, etc.

Sinus Allergy Relief – great for colds, flu, allergies; works in 15 minutes!

Immune Support- works great to aid in preventing/ shortening illness when your risk is high (winter or when under emotional stress) and strengthens overall immune system.

Maintenance Ideas:

For home care one box of footpads/month or 1 bottle of the Detox cream can be used every other month to maintain a cleaner and healthier system. \
Do one Jade Lymph Drainage or Detox foot bath per month to release some extra toxins.
Sauna visits for 60 minutes to really sweat out toxins with the far-infra-red technology can be monthly for a full 60 minutes as well.

Ionic Detox Foot Bath

In today’s times we live in a very toxic environment. The pollution in the air, the chemicals in our food, the water we drink and even the clothes we wear. Color Chart

During the course of your ion Spa® or foot spa session, the unit's water will most likely change color and bits of foreign matter may appear as sediment (toxins being removed with the foot bath). This is to be expected. The water color change in the foot spa is caused by a reaction between the toxins being pulled from a user's body and particles in the water, salt added to the water, the metals in the ionizor®, and the acidity or alkalinity of the user. Please note that the color produced by the aforementioned reactions will depend, to a certain extent, on the chemical impurities of the water in your geographic area and/or the types of ionizer plates you use.***

Personal Far Infrared Sauna

Saunas have been used for centuries as part of an overall wellness program for health and beauty.
